Order Processing

At ANHA Jewellery & Accessories, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as efficiently as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Please note that orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends, public holidays, or during announced business closure periods.

During promotional periods, product launches, sales, or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver throughout South Africa using trusted third-party courier partners.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Metropolitan Areas: 1–5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 2–5 business days
  • Remote or Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

From time to time, ANHA may offer promotional free shipping offers, which will be communicated on our website and marketing channels.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the progress of their shipment using the tracking details provided.


Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

ANHA will not be held responsible for:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailable recipients.
  • Delays resulting from inaccurate contact information.

Should a parcel be returned to us due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.


Delays Beyond Our Control

While we work closely with reliable courier partners, ANHA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Industrial action or strikes
  • Customs inspections
  • Courier operational delays
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Delivery dates are estimates only and should not be relied upon as guaranteed delivery commitments.


Lost, Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and products received.

Should your parcel appear lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may investigate the matter with the courier provider.

ANHA will work with the courier to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement until the courier investigation has been completed.


Risk & Ownership

Ownership of products passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Risk of loss or damage transfers upon successful delivery confirmation by the courier service.


International Shipping

At this time, ANHA primarily ships within South Africa.

Should international shipping become available, additional shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may apply and will remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
