Returns & Refunds Policy
At ANHA Jewellery & Accessories, we take great care in ensuring that every order is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited returns and exchange policy.
Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items
We will only offer an exchange in the following circumstances:
- You received an incorrect item.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
To qualify for an exchange, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
All items must be returned:
- In their original packaging.
- Unused and unworn.
- With all tags and accessories included.
ANHA reserves the right to inspect the item before approving an exchange.
Earrings Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, all earring sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless:
- The item is defective upon arrival; or
- An incorrect item was delivered.
Any defects or delivery errors relating to earrings must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect product selection.
- Personal preference.
- Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Approved claims relating to defective or incorrectly supplied products will be resolved through a replacement or exchange, subject to stock availability.
How to Report an Issue
If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the item.
- A description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
